Aajkal Bank Jaana Logon Ke Liye Sar-dard Ban Gaya Hai

Aaj ke time mein bank jaana logon ke liye sar-dard ban gaya hai. Jab bhi bank jaane ki baat aati hai unhe wahi stress hota hai – lambi line mein lagna, network nahi hona, server down, staff ki baatein jhelna, koi kaam time par nahi hona aur phir time waste karna. Ye koi story nahi hai, ye reality hai, khaskar gramin area mein.

Aaj ke time mein har koi Bihar ke baare mein to jaanta hi hoga. Haan wahi Bihar jise har jagah Bihar ke system aur conditions par mazaak udaya jaata hai, jise har cheez mein peeche bola jaata hai. Bahut se log account open karwane bank jaate hain lekin bank wale requirements ko properly nahi batate. Koi bolta hai itne charge lagenge, koi bolta hai minimum balance alag hoga, koi kuch aur bolta hai.

Jab koi aadmi sab kuch leke submit karta hai to bank wale bolte hain:

  • Documents updated nahi hain
  • Abhi lunch time hai
  • Monday ya kisi date ko aana
  • Address proof match nahi kar raha
  • Manager abhi nahi hai

Ye sab baatein ek simple account khulwane ko bhi bada problem bana deti hain.

2️⃣ Extra Charges Ka Sach Jise Log Samajh Nahi Paate

Dekh, agar branch mein jaakar account open karwate ho to thik hai. Lekin agar CSP centre par jaakar account open karwate ho to jahaan charge ₹300 hona tha wahan ₹500 le lete hain.

Account open hone ke baad jab paise kat jaate hain tab logon ko pata chalta hai. Bank jaakar poochhte hain to jawab milta hai – maintenance mein kat gaya, insurance mein kat gaya, kisi service mein kat gaya. Logon ko samajh nahi aata.

Problem charges mein nahi hai, problem ye hai ki account open hone se pehle ye sab clear nahi bataya jaata. Bank wale kuch reason dete hain to log sawaal nahi karte, unhe lagta hai haan charge to lag sakta hai.

3️⃣ Manager Aur Staff Ke Attitude Ka Dekhna

Jab bank jaate ho aur kisi bhi tarah ki baat poochhte ho to unka alag style shuru ho jaata hai.Wahan ke manager aur staff alag level ke rules banate hain. Kuch poochho to bolte hain:-

  • Abhi time nahi hai
  • Kal aana
  • Bhool gaye the is time pe nahi aana tha
  • Abhi lunch time hai
  • Dekh nahi rahe ho baat kar raha hoon

Jaise hi bank ka server ya network down hota hai, CSP wale apna alag kaam shuru kar dete hain. Wo apne tab ya mobile se cash withdrawal karte hain aur har withdrawal par extra charge lete hain. Logon ko emergency ke karan charge dekar hi withdrawal karna padta hai.

6️⃣ Subah Aaye, Shaam Ho Gayi

Log apne kaam ko jaldi karwane ke chakkar mein subah-subah bank jaate hain lekin lambi line ke karan shaam tak wait karna padta hai. Simple kaam ke liye bhi:-

  • Passbook update
  • Mobile number add
  • KYC information
  • Aadhaar update
  • Nominee add karwana

Mere paas 2-3 bank account hain lekin main kuch hi bank ka use karta hoon. Mujhe UCO Bank mein mobile number aur DBT karwana tha class 10th ke scholarship ke liye aur ye urgent bhi tha.Main bank gaya aur staff se bola: “Sir mujhe mere account mein mobile number aur DBT karwana hai.”-

First day:

Abhi bank mein busy type work chal raha hai, 20 tareekh ko 1 baje aana. (mera kaam nahi hua) –

Second day:

Jo date unhone batayi wo Sunday par aa gayi. Main next day gaya aur same problem boli. Ab unhone kaha – abhi is kaam ko karne wala staff nahi aaya, next day aana.

Third day:

Mere paas time nahi mila 1 baje pahunchne ka. Unse problem batayi to bole – abhi nahi hoga, kal 1 baje aana.

Fourth day:

Mere andar itna patience nahi hai ek hi kaam baar-baar karne ka. Maine dusra bank use karna start kar diya.

Note: Aaj tak mera UCO account mein number aur DBT nahi hua. Ye story lagbhag 8 October 2025 ki hai.

Ye thi kuch major problem jo log bank services mein daily life mein face karte hain.
